Executive Assessments

I hold two certifications that add punch to my executive coaching practice.

I’m certified by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) to use their suite of 360-degree feedback assessments. I also hold a certification from Multi-Health Systems, Inc. to administer their EQ-i 2.0 emotional intelligence assessment.

I believe I am the only executive coach in my market who holds these certifications. They allow me to employ two complementary assessments early in a coaching engagement. Typically feedback from the CCL 360 is the primary focus of the first session. It allows the “coachee” to see how they show up, how others see them. I follow up later in the engagement with the emotional intelligence assessment to help explain the behaviors unearthed by the 360.
