Rafael Palmeiro Should Read Viktor Frankl

I recently read this article about Rafael Palmeiro and it got me thinking about Viktor Frankl. Palmeiro was a major league baseball player. His career ended abruptly when he was suspended for taking performance-enhancing drugs.
