Executive Coaching Intensive

Become a more effective leader through the Newgrange Executive Coaching Intensive. During this eight-session program, business owners, chief executives and senior leaders identify and address the blind spots and unproductive work behaviors that adversely impact how well they lead.

What’s included:

Participants work one-on-one with Mike Donahue to leverage fundamental leadership development tools and work through issues that are particular to their needs. Session content varies based on what the participant chooses to discuss. Participants will:

• Complete an emotional intelligence (EQ-i) assessment in Session 3.
• Create an Immunity to Change Map in Session 4.

Time Commitment: Each of the eight sessions will occur 3 to 4 weeks apart and last 90-120 minutes.

• There will be a pause between Session 4 and Session 5 to give both the coach and the “coachee” time to consider whether to continue and complete the last four sessions.

Other Expectations: Mike will assign homework before each session. These assignments will take less than 30 minutes to complete. Homework examples include:

• Reading 2-3 assigned articles from the Harvard Business Review and other sources.
• Watching 2-3 YouTube videos 15 minutes or less in length.

Clients on a PIP: The coaching intensive can be effective for someone on a performance improvement plan.

---

Cost: The total cost for eight sessions is $5,000, due in two $2,500 payments — at the start of the Executive Coaching intensive and before Session 5.
